Construction News
- June 2023The building has been approved and most of the apartments have been handed over to their owners. The new Molo Jestřábí marina, which offers 22 berths for boats, is also complete.
- December 2022As spring approaches, we are in the process of bricking the partition walls in the apartments on the 1st floor and concreting the ceilings between the 2nd floor and the attic. At the same time, the grounds are being landscaped and the creation of the storm water draining system on the property is under way.
- October 2022Construction works at the Lipno dam continues as planned. We are finishing the final touches to get the final approval for the project in November.
- July 2022Construction is continuing according to plan. The facade and the roof of the left building is finished and the insulation of the right building is being completed. All of the windows have been installed and the doors and plastering are also done. Tests of the boreholes have shown that their efficiency is greater than expected, which will have a positive impact on costs.
- May 2022At the end of spring, the external water and sewerage systems were finished and the boreholes were connected to the heat pumps. We are in the process of completing the insulation of the building envelope and electrical wiring. Aluminum windows have been fitted and exterior blinds are being installed. In the interior, we are laying down underfloor heating, and in the exterior we are building the roof over the garage.

- December 2021The ceilings on the 1st and 2nd floors of the wing closest to the lake are now finished. In the other wing, work is continuing on the verticale structures, concreting, and preparation for the reinforcement of the ceiling between the 1st and 2nd floors.

- August 2021During the second half of the summer, work was done on the basement columns and walls. The focus now is on the reinforced concrete ceiling above the basement.
- July 2021The construction pit was excavated. In June and July, work was performed on the 40 cm thick reinforced concrete foundation slab.
- April 2021Construction of the Lakeside Apartments Lipno project was successfully launched. The excavation of the main construction pit will take place in May.
